How to assign existing guests to a client

If you already have guests in your workspace, you can assign them to a client. This helps keep guests organized by the company they belong to.

Steps

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to People → Guests

Or, open Client Management and click Manage guests.

  1. Select the guests you want to assign to a client.
  2. Click the ellipsis (•••) on the right and choose Edit.

  1. Enter the company name (client name).

  1. Save your changes.

The selected guests are now associated with that client.

Important Notes

  • Guests can be linked to one client at a time.
  • Assigning a client does not change the guest’s access or permissions.
  • You can update or remove the client association later if needed.
