How to view all tasks assigned to a team member

You can see all tasks assigned to a specific team member across projects in two ways.

Option 1: Use the Members menu

This is the easiest way to view someone’s assigned tasks.

Steps:

  1. Click the Grid icon in the top bar.
  2. Select Members.

You’ll see a list of everyone in your workspace.

Click a team member’s name to view all tasks assigned to them.

Option 2: Use the global filter

Use this option if you want more flexibility or plan to take action on tasks.

Steps:

  1. Open Filters in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add filter.
  3. Set the Assignee to the team member you want.
  4. Click Save.

Saved filters are private to you. You can bookmark them for quick access later.

Pro tips 💡

  • Guests supported: Global filters let you view tasks assigned to guests, which isn’t supported on the Members page.
  • Plan directly from filters: Saved global filters appear in the Scheduling tasks sidebar.
  • In Schedule view, press S to quickly open this sidebar.
  • You can drag and drop tasks from a global filter to schedule or reschedule work for yourself or your team.
