Lifetime Deal - Redemption Guide

Important Notes:

Codes are tied to a specific workspace, not your email account. If you delete a Lifetime Workspace, the associated codes will also be deleted, and you’ll lose your lifetime seats.
Each code can only be applied once to a single workspace.
Lifetime codes cannot be transferred to another workspace, so please choose carefully when deciding which workspace to apply your code to.
If you invite more members to your workspace than your lifetime seats allow, your workspace will move to the Free plan. To fix this, you can either remove the extra members to return to the Premium plan or upgrade your plan to pay for the additional seats on a subscription basis (lifetime seats are not included in the total).

To redeem your lifetime code, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Billing.

On the Billing page, click "Add Promo Code".

Enter your lifetime code in the form and click Apply.

All set! You’ll see the number of lifetime seats displayed like this:

If you have multiple codes, repeat the process to stack them.

Note: If you're in the trial period, you'll still see the "Premium Free Trial" plan on the Billing page and the "X days left on Trial" button in the top bar after successfully applying your code. Don’t worry, once the trial ends, your workspace will automatically switch to the Premium lifetime plan.
