Change your account email address

In Upbase, you can update the email linked to your account at any time.

How to change your email

  1. Go to Settings → My Settings.
  2. Click Change email.

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Click Change email to confirm.

Once updated, log in to Upbase using your new email and your existing password.

If you signed up with Google

If you created your account using Google sign-in and don’t have a password yet:

  1. Log out of Upbase.
  2. Request a password reset.
  3. Set a password for your account.
  4. Then follow the steps above to change your email.
