How to invite people into a workspace?

To invite a member to join a workspace, complete the following steps:

Click on “Settings” in the left menu.

In the Workspace section, go to “People”, then click “Invite people”.

When the pop-up appears, enter the emails of the people you want to invite. Then select the role for these invitees.

User roles:

  • Member: Can access all features except the Workspace settings.
  • Admin: Has all the capabilities that members have, plus the ability to make changes in the Workspace settings. Also, admins can delete everyone’s comments, while members can delete only their own comments.
